ஹைதராபாத்,ஆக19:அயோத்தியில் பாப்ரி மஸ்ஜித் இருந்த இடத்தில தற்காலிகமாக ராமர் கோவில் கட்டுவதற்கு மறைந்த முன்னாள் பிரதமர் நரசிம்மராவ் முக்கிய பங்காற்றியதற்தாக விஷ்வ ஹிந்து பரிஷத்தின் அகில உலகத் தலைவர் அசோக் சிங்கால் அவரைப் புகழ்ந்து பாராட்டியுள்ளார்.
மறைந்த முன்னாள் பிரதமர் நரசிம்மராவ் டிச-6 1992 அன்று அயோத்தியில் ராமர் கோவில் கட்டுவதை நிறைவேற்றினார் என பத்திரிக்கையாளர்களிடம் அவர் கூறினார்.
ராமர் கோவில் கட்டுவதில் நரசிம்மராவின் பங்களிப்பில் எந்தவித சந்தேகத்துக்கும் இடமில்லை அவரின் பங்கு மறைக்க முடியாதது. பிரதமர் நரசிம்மராவ் பாபரி மஸ்ஜிதை இடிப்பதை தடுக்கும் நடவடிக்கைகளில் எவ்வித முயற்சிகளும் எடுக்கவில்லை மேலும் உடனே அதே இடத்தில ராமர் கோவில் கட்டுவதையும் தடுக்கவில்லை.
பாபரி மஸ்ஜித் இருந்த இடத்தில மீண்டும் பள்ளியைக் கட்டித் தருவதாக வாக்குறுதி கொடுத்ததை நினைவில் கொள்ள வேண்டும். அதே நேரத்தில் அவர் ராமர் கோவில் கட்டுவதற்கும் அடிக்கல் நாட்டி உள்ளார். மேலும் எல்லா ஹிந்துகளின் மனதிலும் இன்றும் நரசிம்மராவ வாழ்கிறார். என்றும் அசோக் சிங்கால் கூறினார்.
ராமர் கோவில் கட்டுவதற்கான நடவடிக்கைகள் அமைதியான முறையில் மேற்க் கொள்ளப்படும் "எங்களின் கனவான பெரிய இராமர் கோவில் கட்டுவதற்காக கையெழுத்து இயக்கம், பொதுகூட்டங்கள் மற்றும் யாகங்களும் தொடங்கப்படும்." என்றும் அவர் கூறினார்.
"அயோத்தியில் ராமர் கோவில் கட்ட வேண்டும் என்பது தான் எங்களின் நோக்கம். இதற்காக அனுமான் சக்தி விழிப்புணர்வு இயக்கத்தை நாங்கள் தொடங்கி இருக்கிறோம்.ஆகஸ்ட் 16 ம் தேதி முதல் கிராம, தாலுகா, மாவட்ட அளவில் விழிப்புணர்வு இயக்கங்கள் நடத்தப்பட்டு மக்களுக்கு தெரியப்படுத்துவோம்.
இது தொடர்பாக நாடு முழுவதும் ஆயிரம் நிகழ்ச்சிகள் நடத்தப்படும். நாங்கள் தொடங்கியுள்ள அனுமான் சக்தி விழிப்புணர்வு இயக்கம் தேசிய அளவில் நடைபெறும். இதன் மூலம் இந்துக்கள் விழிப்புணர்வு பெறுவார்கள். இந்துக்கள் மீது நடத்தப்படும் தாக்குதல்களை மத்திய, மாநில அரசுகள் தடுத்து நிறுத்த வேண்டும்
இந்துக்கள் எப்போதும் அமைதியையே விரும்புகிறார்கள். அயோத்தியில் இன்னும் ஓரிரு ஆண்டுக்குள் ராமர் கோவில் கட்டப்படும். இதற்காக நாங்கள் பாஜகவை சார்ந்து இருக்கவில்லை.
பேச்சுவார்த்தை மூலமோ சுப்ரீம் கோர்ட்டில் வழக்கு போட்டோ இந்தப் பிரச்சனைக்கு தீர்வு கிடைக்காது.
நாடாளுமன்றத்தில் அனைத்து கட்சியினரும் ஒன்று சேர்ந்து ராமர் கோவில் கட்டுவது குறித்து ஒருமனதாக தீர்மானம் நிறைவேற்ற வேண்டும்." என்றார்.
கஷ்மீர் பிரச்சினையைத் தீர்க்க கஷ்மீருக்கு சுயாட்சி வழங்குவதற்காக பிரதமர் மன்மோகன்சிங் எடுக்கும் நடவடிக்கைகளை அவர் கண்டித்தார்.
"ஜம்மு-கஷ்மீருக்கு சுயாட்சி வழங்குவது பேரழிவுகளை உண்டாக்கும். காஷ்மீர் இந்தியாவின் ஒரு பகுதி மேலும் கஷ்மீருக்கு சிறப்ப்பு அந்தஸ்து வழங்கும் காஷ்மீருக்கான சட்டத்தின் 370 வது பகுதியையும் நீக்க வேண்டும்" என்றும் அவர் கூறினார்.
எல்லையோரப் பகுதிகளில் வாழும் ஹிந்துக்கள் வார்த்தைகளால் கூற முடியாத அளவு துன்பங்களை அனுபவித்து வருகிறார்கள் மேலும் நான்கு லட்சம் ஹிந்துக்கள் ஜம்மு-கஷ்மீர் பகுதியில் இருந்து வெளியேறிவிட்டதாகவும் அவர் கூறினார்.
எல்லைப் பகுதிகளில் ஊடுருவல்களை தடுக்க இராணுவ கண்காணிப்பை பலப்படுத்த வேண்டும் என்றும் அவர் கூறினார்.

Mumbai, Aug. 24: An Indian who had gone to the US to lecture on Islam at a Hindu Mahasabha conference (Hindu Congress of America http://hmsamerica.org/) has been detained in Houston for possessing “jihadi literature”.
Malad resident Vijay Kumar was apparently sweating and fidgeting in queue at the Bush Intercontinental Airport on Friday so authorities thought he needed a second look. “He raised the suspicion of behavior for detection officers. That’s what we have come to know from our FBI contacts,” said a Mumbai police officer, who has worked with the FBI for the 26/11 investigation.
Mumbai anti-terrorist squad team visited Kumar’s Malad residence. “ we now know that he was not attending any Islamic conference as stated in the complaint filed by US airport officials. He was in Houston to attend a conference of the Hindu Mahasabha where he had planned to speak on Islam and jihad. The Hindu Mahasabha has confirmed this to us,” said a Mumbai police source.
Unfortunately Anti-terror squad chief Rakesh Maria denied “official” intimation about Kumar’s arrest. “I am categorically stating that we have not been officially intimated about his arrest,” he said.
Joint Commissioner of Police (Crime) Himanshu Roy also said no information on Kumar has been forwarded to the Mumbai police. An ATS officer said, “We don’t even have his passport details.”
At the Houston airport, when the security found what they said was “tonnes” of jihadi literature on Kumar, along with a pair of brass knuckles and literature on US military, his luggage was tested for presence of explosives. The first test came positive, but a second and third read negative, said the Mumbai police source. By then, Kumar was in detention on suspicion of being a terror suspect.
Airport security checked if he figured in the watch list for terrorists. He did not. They then booked him for carrying a lot of undeclared cash — in this case $8000, around Rs 3.7 lakh. But a Houston court dismissed the charge yesterday.
Kumar is still in a jail for carrying a prohibited weapon — the brass knuckles.
He is said to be a filmmaker from Mumbai and a "peaceful man" by his lawyer Roger Jain..
Kumar was arrested after the discovery of literature and material found suspicious by the airport security staff. He was also apparently behaving suspiciously. Jain said he was not sure why he was carrying "islamic" material but he believed Kumar was going to speak to at Hindu Mahasabha conference and educate them on jihad and Islamic fundamentalism.
The Mahasabha promoted the principles of Hindutva, a Hindu nationalist ideology developed by its pre-eminent leader Vinayak Damodar Savarkar.the Mahasabha identified India as "Hindu Rashtra" (Hindu Nation). That is against Indian Constitution and secular polity.
Vijay Kumar, spent the weekend in custody after the arrest as a court posted a bail amount of $50,000 for his release. That amount was scaled down to $5000 on Monday.
"Vijay's supporters paid up that amount," lawyer Roger Jain, representing Kumar, told Hindustan Times over phone
Finally He was set free.

Saffron groups behind many terror blasts: Chidambaram

New Delhi: More than one and half years in office, Union Home Minister P Chidambaram now admits Hindutva terror groups are behind several blasts in the country. In his inaugural speech at three-day DGPs/IGPs Conference here this morning, Chidambaram said that saffron terror was behind many bomb blasts.
Initially, some Muslim groups were blamed for each terror blast, big or small, in the country and consequently several hundred youths of the community were put behind bars.
“There is the recently uncovered phenomenon of saffron terrorism that has been implicated in many bomb blasts of the past,” the minister has been quoted as saying at the police chiefs conference that will be addressed by Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh on August 26, 2010.
In the last six months, several people attached to Sangh Parivar have been arrested in various terror cases including Ajmer and Mecca Masjid blasts.
Speaking on internal security, the minister also raised the issue of cross-border infiltration. He said there has been no let-up in attempts by militants to infiltrate into India.
He termed the recent situation in Jammu and Kashmir as vicious cirle. “Jammu and Kashmir is caught in vicious circle of stone pelting, teargassing, firing and again stone pelting. Centre is concerned that this vicious circle has not stopped,” Chidambaram said.
The three-day DGPs/IGPs Conference is being organized by the Intelligence Bureau. According to official communication, the objectives of the Conference are to provide an interactive platform for senior police professionals and security administrators in the country to freely discuss and debate diverse national security-related issues as also the various operational, infrastructural and welfare-related problems faced by the police in India. Its deliberations include formulation and sharing of professional practices and processes in tackling challenges relating to crime control and law and order management besides internal security threats such as terrorism, insurgency, left wing extremism, espionage and organized crime.

Kerala man's hand cut off for taking on eve teasers

Alappuzha , Kerala: The right hand of a 24-year-old man was cut off by a gang of miscreants to take revenge for his questioning one of them for teasing his cousin sister some time back near Cengannur in Alappuzha district.
Abhilash, an autorickshaw driver, was waylaid and attacked on Wednesday night by the gang. Some of his relatives, including three women, were also injured in the attack, police said.
The attackers first smashed the glass window of the vehicle and then took out Abhilash and hacked his right hand with a sharp sword.
Abhilash was later admitted to the Medical College hospital with his forearm nearly cut off, which was later restored after an operation. at the Medical College Hospital.
Some of the men, who attacked Abhilash were RSS-BJP workers but police dismissed political motive behind the crime.
According to police, Abhilash incurred the wrath of one of those in the gang for making lewd comments at her sister a few weeks back. This was suspected to be the motive for springing the attack on Abhilash and his relatives who were going in the autorickshaw
